  • Logging into your account

    Once you have received your KU Endowment loan, you will have the option to manage your account online. You may update your personal information, set up a loan payment, or download your yearly tax statement.

    In order to securely identify yourself, you will be requested to provide the following information:

    1. Account Number: This will be your student ID number.
    2. Password: Initially, you will be assigned a PIN number, which will be emailed to you prior to your graduation date. This PIN number will act as your password until you change your password. If you forget your password, you may click option #2 Email my password on the login page.  Provide your school code, L6, and your student ID number and your password will be emailed to you.

    You can also find this information printed on the bottom of your billing statement, in the area blocked off in red.

    After entering your login information on the Borrower Login page, press the Login button only once. If all information provided is valid, you will be  presented with the My Account page for your account. If your login cannot be validated, the login page will be presented again, and a message will be displayed to indicate the problem that was encountered.

    Note: If this is the first time you are accessing your account online, use your PIN as your password until you have selected a password of your own.
