  • More than 40,832 donors gave $258.8 million to KU in fiscal 2015, the eighth record year in a row.

    Donors enabled us to provide $184.6 million for KU in fiscal 2015 — another all-time record.

    Since our founding in 1891, KU Endowment has provided more than $2.2 billion in support to the University of Kansas.

    Donors enabled us to provide $36 million in direct support to KU faculty in fiscal 2015.

    Donors established 108 new scholarship funds in fiscal 2015.

    Donors allowed us to provide $70.6 million to KU for construction, furnishings, equipment and supplies in fiscal 2014.

    Because of private donors, more than 6,500 KU students received an estimated $30.4 million in scholarships and fellowships during the 2014-15 academic year.

    Donors enabled us to provide $47.6 million in program and educational support to KU in fiscal 2015.

    More than 79 percent of KU scholarship recipients are Kansas residents.

    KU Endowment provides salary support for faculty through awards for outstanding teachers, lectureships and 193 endowed professorships.
